    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 220, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 12, after "agency", insert "only in matters where the claim is pending before a court of competent jurisdiction".

    2. On page 5, lines 20 and 21, strike "two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one million dollars ($1,000,000)".
